I recently helped Kempsey Shire Council with their Strategic Asset Management Plan. I spent many years championing improvement in Asset Management Decision-making in local government, and I’m a board member of a Not For Profit advocacy organisation, Talking Infrastructure, concentrating on helping people think about Asset Management and Asset Planing from strategic perspectives.
